You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and API keys. You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with applicable laws and regulations. You must not use our services for any unauthorized or illegal trading activities.
All content, code, strategies, and materials provided by Everyloop AI are our intellectual property or licensed to us. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without our express written consent.
Payment terms will be agreed upon before the commencement of any project. All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise specified in writing. We reserve the right to suspend services for non-payment.
Everyloop AI shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services, including but not limited to trading losses, system failures, or data loss.
While we strive to maintain high availability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to our services. We may perform maintenance or updates that temporarily affect service availability.
Either party may terminate the service agreement with written notice. Upon termination, you must cease using our services and any provided materials.
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bangalore, India.
